The "coded acrostic" puzzle type isn't really a thing, but I like to pretend it is. Here's how it works:In this puzzle, the numbers 1 through 26 each stand for a different letter of the alphabet, and instances of a given number stand for the same letter throughout the entire grid. The upper grid is a quote reading from left to right, with black squares representing word endings. The bottom grid is there for you to keep track of which letter corresponds to which number. Numbers 1-7 spell out the author of the quote.
If you solve this one online, the navigation is a little wonky, but nothing you can't handle. Enjoy!
